Knitted Dolls I Adopted from Nella

Yesterday I went as usual to empty our postbox
and there were quite a lot of parcels
with things that I recently bought...

The most surprised I was about the knitted dolls from Nella!
I still can not understand how she manages to do such a fine knitting
to me it is a truly amazing work of art!

This Gothic girl and the Mouse I adopted from her
and the sewer rat, I got from Nella as a gift! Ain't that lovely?
There was also a very nice card from Nella.

Here you see them up close ...
(click photos to enlarge)

And lying on my hand you can see even better how small they are!

I'm really happy with them!
The Gothic girl I have given me the name Pandora
(translated in Greek it means as much as 'always a gift/surprise')
and the Mouse I gave the name Pip
and the sewer rat... is still just a sewer rat ;)
Nella many many thanks for the lovely gift
and the beautiful knitted dolls!

The Sylvanian families that I have adopted arrived unscathed
after their long journey from England also!
But I will make a separate post about them...
